1. Introduction

Welcome to WaWoof.
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of our services, including custom AI-generated dog visuals (images and videos), project communication, revisions, and file delivery.

By purchasing any WaWoof package or submitting a client brief, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

WaWoof creates custom, branded dog visuals using AI technology.
Each package includes a specific number of images, videos, and revision rounds as described on our website.

All visuals are delivered through a dedicated Google Slides review link.
All feedback and communication take place inside the project space unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

To begin the project, the client must:

Complete the correct Client Brief form (Starter Woof, Pro Woof, or Alpha Woof)
Provide accurate brand information, preferences, and references
Upload any required brand assets (logo, colors, products)
Provide feedback and approve revisions inside the Google Slides link

Incomplete or unclear briefs may cause delays.

WaWoof is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late client responses.

4. AI-Generated Content Limitations

WaWoof creates content using advanced AI tools.
Clients understand and accept that:

Results may vary depending on the request
Extremely specific or highly detailed requests may not always be achievable
AI visuals are creative interpretations, not literal photography
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of dog breeds, poses, products, or environments

WaWoof will make reasonable adjustments within the included revision rounds.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds:

Starter Woof: 1 revision round
Pro Woof: 2 revision rounds
Alpha Woof: 3 revision rounds

A revision round includes minor adjustments such as color tweaks, pose changes, lighting changes, and background adjustments.

Major changes (new concepts, new scenes, different dog breed, different style) may require purchasing an additional package or add-on.

Unused revision rounds do not transfer or result in partial refunds.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made through:

A Google Slides review link (proofs + comments + revisions)
Final downloadable files inside the same project space

Estimated delivery times:

Starter Woof: 5 days
Pro Woof: 4 days
Alpha Woof: 2–3 days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through WooCommerce + Stripe.

Payment must be made in full before any work begins.

All prices include the services described on our website at the time of purchase.

8. Refund Policy

Because WaWoof begins custom AI work immediately after receiving your brief:

All purchases are non-refundable
No partial refunds are provided for unused revisions or delayed client responses

However, if you experience issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

9. Usage Rights

Clients receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final delivered visuals for their brand across:

Social media
Websites
Advertising
Packaging
Print materials

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or license the visuals to third parties outside their own brand.

WaWoof retains the right to:

Display the final visuals in our portfolio
Use them on our website, social media, and marketing materials

If you want your content to remain private, notify us in writing before project completion.

10. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use WaWoof visuals for:

Illegal or harmful activities
Misleading representations
Hate speech
Animal harm or unethical messaging

WaWoof reserves the right to refuse briefs that conflict with our values.

11. Communication

All communication for active projects must take place inside the Google Slides review link.

Emails, DMs, or external messages may not be monitored for revisions.

This is to ensure clarity, organization, and fast delivery.

12. Termination

WaWoof may cancel a project and issue a partial refund if:

The client violates these Terms
The client uses abusive or harmful communication
The project request falls outside what WaWoof can reasonably produce

13. Liability

WaWoof is not liable for:

Loss of profit or business
Delays caused by third-party tools (Google, Stripe, hosting, etc.)
Misuse of delivered visuals
Errors in client-provided information, brand assets, or instructions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes will be handled in Dutch courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
